Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to the downloads and advanced search tabs and functions on those tabs.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Home Menu.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Downloads:

• View: When selected, allows the user to view the downloads tab and the advanced search tab.
• Add: When selected, enables the Accept link on the Navigation Toolbar in the details of a download as well as access to the exceptions links. Also enables the Accept link in the Navigation Toolbar on the advanced search tab.
• Modify: When selected along with the View rights, allows the user to access setup for the Exchange Manager.
• Delete: When selected, enables the Remove icon on the download summary tab and in the details of a download to allow the user to remove a download file. The Delete right enables the Reject and Remove links on the Navigation Toolbar once in the details of a download. This right also enables the Remove icon, Reject and Remove on the Navigation Toolbar on the advanced search tab.
• Import: When selected, allows the user to import files through the download summary tab or the advanced search tab.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
